Order Acceptance
Your placing an order and our subsequent order acknowledgement does not constitute the formation of a contract. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered (unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order).
Secure Payments
When purchasing from Spreester, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. Our 256-bit SSL encryption is higher than the current industry standard 128-bit SSL.
We will take all reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure. We do not store credit card details. All credit card transactions are processed securely by our PCI DSS compliant financial service providers (see “Secure Payments” page). In the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our Website.
Your Account
Upon registration you will choose a confidential password. You will be responsible for all orders placed through your account so you should make sure that you keep your details safe and confidential.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are in AUD (Australian Dollars). Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) which applies to purchases made from within Australia. GST will be subtracted prior to order completion for international orders.
Availability
We strive to keep all items in stock at all times. Products are clearly labelled as “In stock” or “Out of stock” on the product page. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Delivery
The delivery times provided by are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
International Delivery – Customs, Duties, Taxes
You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Spreester, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Acceptance of the Goods
The recipient is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer 100 Day Returns & Exchanges on all items in our store.
Return Authorisation
A Return Authorisation (RA) number is required for replacement Products and refunds. Where Customer Service has provisionally determined that a Product is to be returnable, Customer Service will issue you with an RA. Products cannot be returned without an RA. The Product should be returned to us within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the RA. Where possible, all Products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the Product. Delivery and handling charges on returns are not refundable, and products are to be returned at the customer’s own cost and risk. 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Our Customer Service team will endeavour to reply to messages within two working days. “Working day” in this context means Monday to Friday, and excludes Saturday & Sunday and Public Holidays.

Limitation of Liability
We will only be liable for losses which are foreseeable to both you and to us as a consequence of us breaching these terms and caused by our own negligence. We will not be responsible for any commercial or business losses (including without limit loss of goodwill, profits, contracts, anticipated savings, data, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us at the time our contract was formed, or at the time you began using the website. We do not exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

We reserve the right to decline to supply any individual or company. We reserve the right at any time to suspend or terminate your access to or use of the website. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any Court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall continue to have full force and effect.
